Betty Cruz is Manager of Special Initiatives for the Office of Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto.

Victor H. Diaz was born in Pinar del Rio, Cuba and immigrated with his family to Elizabeth, NJ in 1966. He’s been in Pittsburgh since 2000 and is a business professional with a degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University. Victor is co-founder of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is the Executive Director and CEO of the Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation, an organization tasked with attracting Hispanic investment and workforce to the region.
