Olive Oil From the Daraghmeh Family Farm
Come on by the restaurant where we will be selling a limited supply of olive oil we purchased from the Daraghmeh family farm outside Nablus. The olive oil comes packaged with an interview with farmer Khalid Daraghmeh. Currently surrounded by Israeli settlements, Khalid’s great grandfather bought the land during the Ottoman era and his family has been cultivating it ever since. “They planted so that we can can eat, and so we plant so that our grandchildren can eat.”
